Sam Supa – Prince Zammy Lost My Way 130-140 mix

Sam Supa, first known to me as an organizer of the classic dubstep/garage/grime night Grime City, comes with a fresh new direction with his most recent mix called “Prince Zammy Lost My Way”. This mix starts off firmly in house/funky territory with a big Drop The Lime remix from (former?) Fabric resident and Grizzly head Sinden.  The beats then mutate throughout the mix, some straight ahead, and some thoroughly syncopated.   Top notch selections throughout. The mix builds towards an end firmly rooted in dubstep territory, spanning a wide variety of bass music sounds in the process.  Sound of 2010.

Tracklist:

1. Sex Sax – Drop The Lime (Sinden Remix)
2. Jerked – Acid Jacks
3. Still Believe feat. Amy Douglas (L-Vis 1990 Remix)
4. Bleeding – Egyptrixx
5. Pistol In Your Pocket – Hackman
6. The Warning – Sepalcure
7. Drive You Crazy – Egyptrixx
8. Lengthy Riddim – Mista Men (Hackman Remix)
9. Square One – Mosca (BokBok Remix)
10. Throwback – Dubbel Dutch
11. Mat Bira Kvinnor Weed – Marcus Price & Carli
12. Stupid – Redlight feat Roses Gabor
13. New Sick – UFO
14. Drive You Crazy – Egyptrixx (Bombaman Remix)
15. Neon Drive – F1
